Preparation / Directions:In medium bowl stir together beef, 1/2 cup of the cheese and next 3 ingredients until blended. Spoon about 2 tablespoons filling onto each potato skin. Sprinkle potato skins with remaining 1/4 cup cheese. Broil 6 inches from source of heat 3 to 5 minutes or until hot and cheese is melted.
