Ingredients:


1 medium mango

1 medium papaya

1 medium pineapple

2 medium banana

2 medium avocado

1/3 cup fresh lemon juice

1 package frilled toothpicks

1/2 cup sour cream

2 teaspoons coconut cream

1/4 cup shredded coconut

2 teaspoons dark corn syrup

1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
 

Preparation / Directions:


sprinkle pared fruits with fresh lemon juice skewer pieces of fruit with toothpicks arrange onto a serving platter, set aside combine sour cream, coconut liqueur or coconut crream, corn syrup, and lemon juice-mix well add more lemon juice or corn syrup to taste spoon into a shallow bowl serve fruits chilled, with dip to the side
