Preparation / Directions:Preheat oven to 375*F. Lightly spray bread pan and bake according to package directions. Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pan; cool completely. Cut into 1/4-inch thick slices; place on round pan.
Increase oven temperature to 425*F. Slice tomatoes, zucchini and cheese; snip basil. In bowl, combine basil and mayonnaise. Press garlic into bowl; spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise mixture over each bread slice. Top each piece with zucchini, tomato, and cheese slices. Bake 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden.
