Traditional recipe for Bruschetta. (by the way, it is pronounced "bruce - ket - ah". The h between the c and e form a k sound in italian) | ||||

Preparation / Directions:Slice the Italian bread. Toast each side over open flame. Rub each side immediately after toasting with a cut clove of garlic.
The addition of the different tomato preparations that you may be used to and not in the traditional recipe.
