This artichoke dip is sure to please even those who don't care for artichokes. Serve with tortilla chips and watch it go. Very pleasing appetizer to bring along to a party. | |||||||||
Ingredients:

Preparation / Directions:With Blender, mix cream cheese, mayo, garlic powder, cheyenne pepper in a large mixing bowl.
Stir in by hand 3/4 bag of shredded cheese and chopped artichokes.
Garnish with remaining 1/4 bag of cheese, chopped tomatoes and sliced green onions.
Bake at 375 for 15-20 mins. in an ungreased Pyrex pie plate.
Remove when cheese starts to bubble.
