1 bottle cheap beer |
2 medium limes -- juice of |
3 tablespoons Olive or Canola oil |
3 cloves garlic - pureed |
1 tablespoon Cumin |
1 tablespoon Chili Powder |
1 tablespoon Coriander |
1 tablespoon Turmeric |
3 medium Habanero peppers pureed - optional |

Preparation / Directions:
Marinate Overnight, Grill over Mesquite and slice at a 45 degree angle to the grain of the meat.
