Preparation / Directions:Slice sausages into 1/2 inch pieces and saute in a large skillet with oil for approximately 2 minutes until slightly browned.
Remove from heat and skewer one sausage piece and one pineapple chuck with a toothpick.
Serve with Hoisin sauce
