Appetizer Meatballs

Ingredients:


2 pounds ground beef

2 large eggs, lightly beaten

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/2 Cup dry bread crumbs

1/4 Cup finely chopped onion

2 tablespoons grated parmesian cheese

1 tablespoons ketchup

2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon italian seasoning

1 teaspoon dried basil

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

---Sauce:

14 ounces hot ketchup

2 tablespoons cornstarch

12 ounces apple jelly

12 ounces current jelly
 

Preparation / Directions:


In a bowl, combine ingredients, mix well. Shape into 1-inch balls. Place on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes. Remove the meatballs and rack; drain.

Sauce:

Combine ketchup and cornstarch in crock-pot. Stir in jellies; add the meatballs. Cover and simmer several hours.
