Preparation / Directions:
1. Separate refrigerated biscuit dough and press lightly to flatten. Wrap each frank or sausage with a biscuit and press top edge to seal forming an open ended crescent. Don't worry that ends of sausage protrude out.
2. Place each crescent on paper to prevent sticking and arrange loosely on bamboo steamer tray, allowing room between each crescent for swelling. Use second bamboo steamer tray if necessary.
3. Place steamer over boiling water and steam for approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
