Stuffed Potato Skins |

Ingredients:
1/2 pound ground beef -- cooked, drained |
3/4 cup shredded monterey jack cheese -- divided |
1/2 cup prepared best foods house dressing salad dressing |
1/4 cup sliced ripe olives |
1 tablespoons green chilies chopped -- drained |
16 medium potato skin quarters cooked |

Preparation / Directions:
In medium bowl stir together beef, 1/2 cup of the cheese and next 3 ingredients until blended. Spoon about 2 tablespoons filling onto each potato skin. Sprinkle potato skins with remaining 1/4 cup cheese. Broil 6 inches from source of heat 3 to 5 minutes or until hot and cheese is melted.
