Asparagus Casserole

Ingredients:


2 packages frozen asparagus spears -- thawed

1 can condensed cream of celery soup

1 can condensed cream of chicken soup

2 cups crushed saltine crackers

1 cup cubed process American cheese {Velveeta}

1 large egg
 

Preparation / Directions:


In large bowl, combine all ingredients well. Pour into lightly greased crockpot. Cover and cook on HIGH setting for 3 to 3 1/2 hours. After cooking,dish may be held on LOW setting for up to 2 hours before serving.
