Ingredients:


1/2 cup sesame seeds

1/2 cup miso

1/4 cup mirin

2 pounds asparagus tips
 

Preparation / Directions:


grind sesame seeds to a paste combine with miso-mix well thin with mirin, set aside simmer the asparagus in boiling salted water, until tender-crisp drain, rinse in cold water, and drain well combine asparagus and sesame mixture toss to mix well arrange onto a serving platter serve at room temperature
