1 1/2 pounds fresh green asparagus
 

Preparation / Directions:


snap ends off asparagus, blanch the tip ends about 2 or 3 minutes, drain, place in baking dish and cover with swiss cheese except the very tips place in 350 oven un til cheese is melted
