Preparation / Directions:In small bowl combine onion, tomato, cucumber, bell pepper, jalapeno pepper, and lemon juice. Brush avocado halves with additional lemon juice to keep them from turning brown. Place avocados on bed of lettuce and fill each half with gazpacho mixture. Serve with tortilla chips.
