Preparation / Directions:In a large shallow dish, combine molasses, salt, mustard and pepper. Add duck and coat them. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Smoke until medium rare- about 15 minutes. Let rest 5 minutes before slicing.
Serve warm or cold.
