Britt's "Another Smoked Brisket Rub"

Ingredients:


2 tablespoons non-iodized salt

2 tablespoons course black pepper

1 tablespoon chipotle powder OR cayenne -- a poor substitute

1 tablespoon ground cumin

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon onion powder

1 tablespoon brown sugar
 

Preparation / Directions:


Wet brisket with lemon juice, then put on the rub. Smoke for 18 hours or until tender.
