1 cup apple cider vinegar

1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon celery salt

1/2 cup ketchup

1/2 teaspoon chili powder

1/8 teaspoon nutmeg

1/2 teaspoon brown sugar

1 cup water

Preparation: Combine all ingredients and bring to a boil.
