Spicy Tartar Sauce For Seafood

Ingredients:


1 cup sour cream

1 cup mayonnaise

2 cloves garlic -- , crushed

1/4 cup parsley -- finely chopped

1 teaspoon salt

3 tablespoons sweet pickle relish

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon tarragon -- freshly chopped, or

1 teaspoon dried tarragon

1 teaspoon dry mustard

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce

1 teaspoon vinegar
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine all ingredients and blend well. Serve as a dipping sauce for shellfish, or top off grilled fish steaks (Tuna) with dollops.
