Spicy Tartar Sauce For Seafood |

Ingredients:
1 cup sour cream |
1 cup mayonnaise |
2 cloves garlic -- , crushed |
1/4 cup parsley -- finely chopped |
1 teaspoon salt |
3 tablespoons sweet pickle relish |
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce |
1 tablespoon tarragon -- freshly chopped, or |
1 teaspoon dried tarragon |
1 teaspoon dry mustard |
1 teaspoon paprika |
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce |
1 teaspoon vinegar |

Preparation / Directions:
Combine all ingredients and blend well. Serve as a dipping sauce for shellfish, or top off grilled fish steaks (Tuna) with dollops.
