Preparation / Directions:Scoop the raspberry preserves into a small stainless steel or flame proof ceramic saucepan and blend in the vinegar, lemon juice and zest, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and mace. Heat to boiling, the simmer gently for 5 minutes. Serve hot or cold. Makes about 2 cups.
