---for the sauce--- |
1 cup white vinegar |
1 cup cider vinegar |
1 tablespoon sugar |
1 tablespoon red pepper flakes |
1 tablespoon Tabasco sauce |
1 tablespoon black pepper |

Preparation / Directions:
Mix rub ingredients well and apply to meat before cooking.
Mix sauce well before using.
