Barbecue Sauce - Texas Style |

Ingredients:
1/2 cup vinegar |
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce |
1 large onion -- diced |
2 cloves garlic -- pressed or diced fine |
1 medium juice of one lemon |
1 medium grated peel of one lemon |
1/2 cup catsup |
1/2 teaspoon bottled hot pepper sauce |
1 tablespoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon chili powder |
1 dash sage |

Preparation / Directions:
Combine ingredients; stir and simmer for 15 minutes. Serve with broiled chicken or ribs.
