Chinese Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients:


3/4 cup catsup

1/2 cup brown sugar

3 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon ground ginger

1 tablespoon liquid smoke

1 clove garlic
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine all ingredients and heat until sugar is dissolved and bubbly.
