Texas Barbecue Sauce For Spareribs Or Chicken |

Ingredients:
1/2 cup brown sugar |
1 tablespoon paprika |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon dry mustard powder |
1 teaspoon chili powder |
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce |
1/4 cup vinegar |
1 cup tomato juice or tomato sauce |
2 tablespoons lemon -- juice of |
1/4 cup ketchup |
1/2 cup diced onion |

Preparation / Directions:
Mix all of the above in a saucepan and simmer for 15 minutes.
Pour sauce over a single layer of chicken or spareribs in a baking tray.
Bake at 350F until sauce is nearly evaporated, basting once or twice, about 1 1/2 hours.
