Fiery-Sweet Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients:


10 1/4 ounces orange marmalade

1 cup catsup

1/4 cup cider vinegar

1 tablespoon soy sauce

3/4 teaspoon celery seed

1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine all ingredients in a 1 quart glass measure. Stir until well mixed. Microwave on high for 5 to 7 minutes; stir after 3 minutes. If mixture boils, it's done. Serve with beef, chicken or pork
