Ingredients:
12 ounces canned tomatoes |
2 cups water |
6 ounces tomato paste |
2 medium dried chile peppers |
1/2 cup ketchup |
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce |
2 teaspoons chili powder |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
1/4 cup wine vinegar |
2 1/2 teaspoons salt |
1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce |
2 tablespoons black pepper |
1 medium onion -- chopped |
1 clove garlic |
2 pieces bay leaves |
1/2 pound butter |
2 teaspoons dry mustard |

Preparation / Directions:
Simmer all 30 minutes. Strain and cool.
