Ingredients:
1 cup catsup |
1 cup water |
1/2 medium onion -- finely chopped or grated |
1/4 cup cider vinegar |
2 tablespoons light brown sugar |
1 teaspoon paprika |
3/4 teaspoon liquid smoke -- or to taste |
1/8 teaspoon celery seed |
8 drops Tabasco sauce or hot pepper sauce |

Preparation / Directions:
Combine ingredients in saucepan. Bring to a simmering stage. Simmer about 15 minutes to blend flavors and thicken slightly.
