North Carolina: Eastern Style Thinned With Butter |

Ingredients:
1/2 cup vinegar |
1 teaspoon mustard |
1/4 teaspoon cayenne -- more to taste |
1 teaspoon paprika |
2 tablespoons sugar |
2 teaspoons salt |
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce |
1 tablespoon Tabasco |
1 tablespoon chili powder |
1 tablespoon black pepper |
1/2 medium juice of lemon |
1 clove garlic |
8 tablespoons butter |

Preparation / Directions:
Cook all but butter 15 minutes. Strain. Add butter and sit 30 minutes.
