North Carolina: Eastern Style With Sugar And Butter

Ingredients:


2 teaspoons salt

1 tablespoon paprika

2 tablespoons sugar

1/2 teaspoon cayenne

1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

1 teaspoon black pepper

2/3 cup water

1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

2/3 cup red wine vinegar

1/2 cup butter
 

Preparation / Directions:


Boil dry ingredients in water. Remove from heat and stir in the remaining ingredients.
