Ingredients:

1/2 cup water

3 ounces sugar -- brown

3 ounces Worcestershire sauce

3 ounces mustard -- yellow

1/4 cup ketchup

1/8 cup pepper -- black, ground

1/8 cup red pepper flakes

3/4 quart red wine vinegar

1/4 quart white wine

3 ounces salt

Bring to a boil and then simmer for about 1/2 hour. Do not cook or store in aluminum, store in glass.
