Ingredients:
1 can tomato sauce |
2 cups water |
6 ounces tomato paste |
2 medium dried chiles |
1/2 cup ketchup |
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce |
2 teaspoons chili powder |
1 medium juice of two lemons |
1/4 cup red wine vinegar |
2 1/2 teaspoons salt |
1/4 teaspoon Tabasco |
2 tablespoons pepper |
1 medium onion -- finely chopped |
1 clove garlic |
2 pieces bay leaf |
1/2 pound butter |
2 teaspoons dry mustard |

Preparation / Directions:
Simmer all ingredients 30 minutes.
Strain and cool.
