Mustard-Based Central South Carolina Bbq Sauce |

Ingredients:
3 tablespoons peanut oil |
2 tablespoons honey |
2 cloves garlic -- minced |
1 tablespoon brown sugar |
1 medium onion -- minced |
2 teaspoons dry mustard |
1/2 cup catsup |
1 teaspoon ginger |
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar |
1 dash salt |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |

Preparation / Directions:
Combine ingredients and set aside. Grill meat (do not add anything).
During the last 4-10 minutes baste with this sauce.
Boil the remaining sauce and spoon 2 T's onto each plate, adding the meat portion
