Ingredients:


1 cup cornflakes

1/2 cup candied cherries

1/2 cup candied pineapple

2 tablespoons walnuts -- chopped

2 tablespoons shredded coconut

2 tablespoons pecans -- chopped

1 large egg white

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup confectioners sugar

1/2 teaspoon lemon extract

4 drops pure vanilla extract
 

Preparation / Directions:


Makes 12 to 15 bars 1. Mix together first six ingredients. 2. Beat egg white with salt until stiff; gradually add confectioners' sugar, beating with an egg beater. 3. Fold in cornflake-pecan mixture; add lemon and vanilla. 4. Mold into small bars, keeping hands moist 5. Bake in a well-greased pan in preheated 350 F. oven 10 minute
