Preparation / Directions:Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix with pastry blender until crumbly and well blended. Store in container with tight-fitting lid. Makes 9 cups Fruit Bar Mix, sufficient for 2 batches of any of the fruit bar recipes.
Variation: If you prefer Fruit bars with a rolled oats crumb base, add 1 cup of uncooked, old-fashioned or quick-cooking oats when preparing any of the recipes.
