Preparation / Directions:Combine first 4 ingredients in a medium bowl. Press mixture into an ungreased 13x9 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Combine condensed milk and coconut, mixing well; spread over crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Combine chocolate morsels and peanut butter in a small saucepan.
