Chocolate-Coconut Squares 1

Ingredients:


1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar

1/3 cup all purpose flour

1/2 cup butter -- melted

14 ounces sweetened condensed milk

7 ounces flaked coconut

12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips

2 tablespoons chunky peanut butter

1/2 cup garnish: chopped peanuts
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine first 4 ingredients in a medium bowl. Press mixture into an ungreased 13x9 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Combine condensed milk and coconut, mixing well; spread over crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Combine chocolate morsels and peanut butter in a small saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until chocolate melts; spread over coconut layer.
