Preparation / Directions:Heat oven to 350 degrees. In medium bowl, stir together vanilla wafers,
melted
butter and vanilla. Press onto bottom of greased and floured 13-by-9-inch
baking pan.
Sprinkle with coconut, chocolate and butterscotch chips. Pour condensed milk
over top, then sprinkle with peanuts.
Bake in preheated oven for 20-27 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
Cool completely, then cut into bars. Cover and store in refrigerator.
