All-American Meatloaf

Ingredients:


2 pound Ground chuck or sirloin

3/4 Cup Oatmeal

1 medium Onion

1/2 Cup Catsup

1/4 Cup Milk

2 large eggs

1 tablespoons Horseradish

1 teaspoon Salt

1/4 teaspoon Pepper

1/2 Cup Catsup

1 tablespoons Horseradish

3 tablespoons Brown sugar

2 teaspoon Mustard(prepared)
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Combine first 9 ingredients; shape into two 7 1/2x4" loaves. 2. Place on a lightly greased rack of a broiler pan; bake at 350 deg for 40 min. 3. Combine 1/2 c catsup, 1 T horseradish and remaining ingredients; spoon over meatloaf and bake an additional 5 min.
