Preparation / Directions:
Heat oven to 350F. Mix all ingredients except muffins and Tangy Cream Sauces. Spread beef mixture in ungreased 2 quart casserole. Bake uncovered for 1 1/4 hours. Split, toast and butter muffins. Spoon meat loaf onto muffins; top with Tangy Cream Sauces. Makes 8 servings.
Tangy Cream Sauces:
Mix 2 tablespoons prepared mustard and 2 tablespoons dairy sour cream, unflavored yogurt or mayonnaise. Mix 2 tablespoons chili sauce and 2 tablespoons dairy sour cream, unflavored yogurt or mayonnaise.
