Preparation / Directions:In a medium sauce pan slowly warm milk and Jack cheese at medium heat. In a
large skillet saut‚ garlic and onion. After 2 to 3 minutes add peppers and
cover. Cook about 5 minutes. Add ground chuck, season to taste, cover, and
cook. In another sauce pan warm beans. After beef is cooked and milk and
cheese have formed a thick sauce take warmed tortillas and fill with 1
heaping tbl. black beans, 2 heaping tbl. meat mixture, drizzle a little
cheese sauce over meat and fold. Generously cover each burrito with cheese
sauce.
