Preparation / Directions:Prepare spinach. Place ground beef in saucepan with salt and butter.
Cook about 10 minutes or until well browned. Drain well . Beat eggs
with a little nutmeg, add to ground beef. Add spinach and cheese, mix
all togheter. Butter a 9inch round casserole pan, sprinkle with bread
crumbs. Add mixture and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
