Ingredients:


2 pounds extra lean beef

1/2 cup soy sauce

2 teaspoons honey

2 teaspoons fresh lime juice

1 teaspoon curry powder

1 teaspoon hot chile powder

1 cup onion

2 teaspoons garlic

1 package bamboo skewer
 

Preparation / Directions:


cut meat into 1-inch cubes or thin strips combine remaining ingredients-mix well pour over meat cover and let stand for 30 minutes thread onto bamboo skewers grill for 6-8 minutes, turning and basting often arrange onto a serving platter garnish as desired serve hot
