Preparation / Directions:In a soup pot, cook ground beef and onion over medium-high heat until beef is brown and onion is tender, stirring occasionally; drain. Add broth, tomatoes, peas and carrots, and black pepper; mix well. Reduce heat to medium and simmer, uncovered, 15 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
