Ingredients:


2 pounds skirt steak

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1 tablespoon garlic

1/2 cup fresh lime juice

12 tortillas flour tortilla

3/4 cup guacamole

1/3 cup salsa

1/3 cup sour cream
 

Preparation / Directions:


Cut skirt steaks into 6-inch long pieces rub with salt, pepper, and minced garlic place into a shallow casserole pour in lime juice to cover cover and chill for 30-60 minutes remove from marinade grill quickly over hot coals slice into thin strips serve hot with hot tortillas, guacamole, salsa, and sour cream to the side
