Dinner In A Pumpkin 3

Ingredients:


1 medium pumpkin -- 8-10 inch

2 pounds ground beef

1 cup chopped onion

3 medium carrots -- sliced

1 can cream of chicken soup -- condensed, 10 3/4 ounces

1 can mushrooms -- drained and sliced

1 tablespoon garlic salt

1 medium celery stalk -- sliced

3 medium potatoes -- diced

1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon salt and pepper -- to taste
 

Preparation / Directions:


Brown ground beef. Bring all ingredients (except pumpkin) to a boil in a pot over medium heat. Boil about 10 minutes. Place pumpkin in sturdy baking pan in case juices spill out. Fill pumpkin with hot mix. Bake at 350*F approximately 45 minutes until pumpkin is tender and browning.
