Ingredients:


3 tablespoons salt

3 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon paprika

2 teaspoons ground bay leaf

1 teaspoon cayenne

1 teaspoon dry mustard
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine ingredients-mix well rub on beef cover and chill for 4-48 hours grill or smoke as desired
