1/4 cup rendered bacon fat

5 cups cooked pinto beans

1 tablespoon garlic

1 can beef broth
 

Preparation / Directions:


HEAT FAT OR OIL IN A SKILLET, OVER A MODERATE FLAME ADD 1 CUP BEANS AND GARLIC, MASH WELL CONTINUE TO ADD AND MASH BEANS REDUCE FLAME TO LOW, ALLOW BEANS TO COOK TO A THICK PASTE ADD BROTH AS NECESSARY TO ADJUST CONSISTENCY SERVE HOT
