Grandma Evelyn's Baked Hash (Good For Leftovers)

Ingredients:


2 cups chopped cooked meat

4 medium cooked potatoes -- diced

1 cup stewed tomatoes

2 stalks celery -- diced

1/2 cup left-over gravy or meat stock

1 large egg -- beaten

1 medium onion -- grated

1 teaspoon salt and pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix meat, potatoes, celery and onion. Combine with beaten egg, gravy and tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper and put in a moderate oven, 350 degrees F., until thoroughly heated and hash is lightly browned on top.
