Ingredients:


1 pound ground round

1 large egg

1/2 cup fresh breadcrumbs

1/4 cup onion

1/2 teaspoon dried basil

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1 cup tomato sauce

1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
 

Preparation / Directions:


combine beef, egg, breadcrumbs, onions, basil, oregano, salt, pepper, and half of tomato sauce-mix well mold to a loaf shape by hand place into a loaf pan or casserole pour remaining tomato sauce over the top bake @ 350 degrees for 75 minutes top with mozzarella cheese bake @ 350 for 10-15 minutes, until cheese melts remove from oven, let stand for 15 minutes serve hot
