Meat Balls In Sauce

Ingredients:


1 pound ground beef

2 large eggs

1 tablespoon pannesan cheese

1 1/2 cups dampened bread crumbs

1 clove garlic -- minced (1 to 2)

1 tablespoons minced parsley

1 teaspoon salt to taste

1 jar sauce
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine beef, eggs, cheese, bread crumbs, cloves, pars- ley and salt; mix well. roll into balls (1/4 cup mixture makes a nice size ball). Drop into boiling water; cook approximately 10 to 15 minutes, or Just until redness is gone. Then put meat balls in your favorite spaghetti sauce; bake for approximately 1/2 hour at 350F.
