Mexican Food Casserole

Ingredients:


1 pound ground beef -- extra lean browned and drained

1/2 large onion -- chopped

1 clove garlic

1 teaspoon cumin

2 tablespoons chili powder

4 ounces salsa

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 cup cheddar cheese -- grated

1 can green chilis -- chopped (small)

1/2 package corn chips -- crushed
 

Preparation / Directions:


Brown the meat and onion, drain. Add taco sauce, green chilis, and soups. Layer a 13" x 9" x 2" casserole dish with chips and cover with meat mixture. Add grated cheese and heat 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
