Oklahoma Style Fajitas

Ingredients:


2 pounds skirt steak

2 cups soy sauce

2 cups worcestershire sauce

1/4 cup unsweetened pineapple juice

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

1 teaspoon salt

8 tortillas flour tortilla
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine soy, worcestershire, pineapple juice, lime juice, and a little salt dip steak in mixture sear over very high flame and grill to desired doneness, basting often remove steak to rest for 10 minutes before carving slice steak, across the grain, into paper thin strips serve hot or warm, with tortillas to the side
